About Excelle
Excelle Cares is a Christian Based nonprofit foundation focused on serving the community of bakersfield. CA founded by Jacqueline Powell, MD. We aim to unite the community by providing self care resources that enhance mind, body and spirit.
We provide basic care necessities in addition to seld care resources that aim to increase self-worth via onsite consultation with mentoring and ministry.
